How to Return an Item:
1. Locate the Packing Slip that was included in the box with the original delivery.
2. Repackage the item/s to be returned.
3. Place the packing slip inside the box with the items to be returned.
4. Secure the box.
5. Include your return address on the box

What to Expect:
1. Upon receipt of your package The Pioneer Store will inspect the merchandise and match it to the enclosed Packing Slip.
2. When condition of the merchandise and the original order is confirmed The Pioneer Store will process the return.
3. A full refund will be applied by way of the original payment.
4. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the transaction has been processed.
5. Allow a full billing cycle to expire for the credit to appear on your statement.
6. In the unlikely event that a return cannot be accepted you will be notified if we can determine the origin of the return.
